Doodls estimated delivery time is average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products but an order may take longer to deliver if

  • There are issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products are out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
  • Unforeseen cirsumstances out of our control

That being said, the suppliers we work with assure they’ll work their hardest to meet delivery estimates.

If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT (estimated delivery time), please allow a few more days, then get in touch.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Unless products arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate or sealed items, such as but not limited to face masks for health/hygiene reasons
  • Sale items
And returns will not be issued for buyers remorse.
